Purchase the platform's utility token using USDC, BTC, credit card, or bank transfer. R Tokens serve as your gateway to all investment opportunities within the ecosystem.

Select real estate projects

Browse available property developments and convert your R Tokens into project-specific R-Pro tokens based on your objectives and risk tolerance.

Receive target income

During the project development period, your position targets a projected annual income rate, automatically tracked in your investor dashboard. Income distributions are targets, not guarantees.

Participate in profit share

Upon project completion, receive your proportional share of any profits generated by the development, paid in R Tokens directly to your wallet. Distributions depend on project performance.

Redeem or reinvest

Convert your R-Pro tokens back to R Tokens, which can then be withdrawn, reinvested in new projects, or traded within the platform — subject to platform terms and conditions.

Aurumverse's staking system is designed to allow investors to generate potential passive income from their R Token holdings. By participating in the platform's DeFi pool, investors can target enhanced returns on their R Tokens, with rewards distributed periodically.

Unlike staking programmes that require lengthy lock-up periods, Aurumverse's system is designed for flexibility, allowing withdrawals subject to platform terms — aiming to provide both potential yield and liquidity.

Staking rewards are generated from transaction fees, new project onboarding, and other revenue streams within the ecosystem. All yield figures are targets; actual returns depend on platform activity and market conditions.

Investors holding R-Pro tokens may access short-term capital without exiting their positions, maintaining exposure to long-term project outcomes while addressing immediate liquidity needs.

Use your R-Pro tokens as collateral within the platform's P2P lending environment. The system may support loan-to-value ratios up to 85%, subject to market conditions.

Negotiate terms

The P2P lending environment allows borrowers and lenders to negotiate terms directly, creating a market-driven approach to interest rates, loan duration, and collateral requirements.

Receive borrowed funds

Upon agreement of terms, borrowers receive R Tokens or USDT directly to their wallet for use within the platform or for withdrawal, subject to applicable regulations.
